Use this tool for unit-level recognition: cadet promotions, local awards, and activities. It’s a good fit for squadrons and activities that don’t have a graphic designer on hand.
- Pick the certificate type: a cadet promotion, an of-the-year award, or an activity.
- Enter the recipient, the date, the unit line, and the two signature blocks.
- Check the live preview. Drag any line or image to move it, and use Reset Layout to put everything back.
- Choose PDF or PNG and select Download. Print with the scale set to 100% or actual size.
- For several recipients, download the CSV template, add one row per person, and upload it for a ZIP of certificates.
Your file is named for your unit and the recipient, such as Fort-Worth-Composite-Squadron_certificate_Jane-Q-Cadet.pdf, so it’s easy to find in your downloads.
- Verify the cadet’s full name, achievement, and promotion date.
- Confirm the unit line appears exactly as it should on the certificate.
- Review grade insignia, signature blocks, and spacing before downloading.
- Use the live preview to confirm the final certificate layout.
- Don’t use this tool for milestone awards such as the Wright Brothers, Mitchell, Eaker, or Spaatz. Those certificates come through official channels and are mailed to the squadron commander.
